At Good Borrower, our name and motto says it all. We do Home loans, directly to borrowers who have verifiable income or Good credit and have equity in their homes if they are refinancing or have at least 10 % down payment if they are buying.

We were founded in 1994 and throughout the years, have gotten rid of all the things that make the home loan process so complicated and unpleasant. We use technology to simplify our lending process and by doing so, are able to close loans in days not weeks and with minimum documentation. 

With our system, the home buying or refinancing process is simple, easy and also fun.

We offer the lowest rates possible, by simplifying our loan process and limiting our menu of loans offered. We offer only Fixed rate loans to borrowers with verifiable income or excellent credit history and equity in their homes on refinances or at least 10 % down on purchases.
