Review |
We will review your loan application and if it's complete, we will underwrite it and then call you with a quick decision. If it’s incomplete, we will call you to complete it and underwrite it while you are on the phone.

Options |
We will give you different fixed loan options, answer your questions and then send you all of the initial disclosures.

Verification |
You will provide us with the needed documentation and we will arrange for an appraisal. The appraisal needs to be paid by your directly. You can pay it with a credit card.

Closing |
You sign the loan documents, we fund your loan. Your loan docs will be prepared and brought to your home or office, depending on state regulations, to be signed. The Notary public will return the loan documents to us so that we may review them and disburse your funds. If it is a cash out transaction, we will have the closing agent Fedex your funds to you.
