Annual Percentage Rate (APR) calculations assume single-family, detached, owner-occupied primary residence; a loan-to-value ratio of less than 80%; a minimum Credit score of 731; and an original principal loan balance of $300,000 on Conforming Loans and $500,000 on Jumbo Loans.
 
APR assumes 15 days of prepaid interest
